Thanks for all your support, mugs! PLEASE don’t give up on your weight loss goals- you CAN achieve your goals, but it requires not giving up on yourself! Also, I did not mean losing weight the “right way” as anything negative- do what YOU need to do to lose weight, but just be healthy as you can about it. No diet pills, starving, or binging- the whole idea is to be healthy regardless of what size you are. Beauty comes in ALL sizes

You are such an inspiration! You deserve so much respect for losing weight without surgery — that takes SO much dedication — and you shouldn’t feel guilty at all for getting surgery to only heal what you absolutely could not. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a hater!
