Is Liposuction Worth the Money?
I have tried dieting and exercise and nothing shifts the weight on my thighs.
Is liposuction worth the money or is it true that it just simply doesnt work?

Nope.
Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery that merely removes the excess fat from your body. It sure doesn’t deal with the root cause of the excess fat which is lack of exercise and a poor, unhealthy diet.
To slice off excess fat, the exercise you need to do is cardio exercise and a high intensity one at that.
This is because cardio exercise is the most direct and powerful way to hike up your metabolism to higher levels which causes you better able to burn off excess fat from your entire body (that includes excess fat in your thighs), to lose the fat and the weight.
If you commit to cardio say at least 45 mins per session, 4-5 times per week, you’ll see fat melts away from your thighs.

Then, your diet. I don’t know how you eat but if you go on a crash diet or a fat diet or eat food based on certain food groups (e.g. cabbage soup diet; protein diet; fruit diet….), it’s not gonna work.
You should eat normal and eat smart – less fat and carbs; more lean protein and fiber food; avoid fried and oily stuff and cut down on sugary drinks, confectioneries, cakes and biscuits.
