   how to tell if it is caused by fat tissues or breast tissues?

   @alammar666 it is often a combination of the two types of tissue. True glandular tissue can be felt as hard lumps. Most men with enlarged breasts have pseudo-gynaecomastia which is fatty/breast tissue.

   i have read a lot about the vaser lipo and some websites say it is not the best way to remove gland tissues
   is that true?? they say its only good for fat removal
   btw i have visited ur clinic website and im really interested in having this surgery

   Hello. We have a near 100% satisfaction rate from our patients. Vaser is the most effective form of liposuction when treating gynecomastia in my opinion. If tissue needs to be excised with a scalpel then, no form of lipo will work.
